Before starting this company, I spent years working in the travel and tourism industry, learning the roads, the people, and the rhythm of the Himalayas from the inside. I saw how most travel agencies treated Spiti, Kinnaur, and Ladakh as items on a checklist — pack the itinerary, rush the drive, move to the next stop. Travellers went home exhausted instead of amazed.
In 2016, I decided to do it differently. I started Unseen Himalayas from right here in Shimla with a simple promise: every trip should feel like it was planned by someone who actually knows these mountains — not copied from a brochure.
